• Collection: Your data is submitted via our Secure Document Submission Link (a Google Form). This transfer is protected by industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption (HTTPS).

• Storage: All submitted data and files are immediately saved to a dedicated, restricted folder on our Google Drive. All data stored on Google Drive is secured using AES-256 bit encryption at rest.

• Access: Access to this storage is strictly limited and protected by Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on the business owner’s account.

3. Use of Information

The information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

• Preparing and filing your federal, state, and local tax returns.

• Communicating with you regarding your tax preparation status.

• Responding to inquiries or providing audit assistance (if applicable).

• We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing or any unrelated purpose.
