Collection: Your data is submitted via our Secure Document Submission Link (a Google Form). This transfer is protected by industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption (HTTPS).
Storage: All submitted data and files are immediately saved to a dedicated, restricted folder on our Google Drive. All data stored on Google Drive is secured using AES-256 bit encryption at rest.
Access: Access to this storage is strictly limited and protected by Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on the business owner’s account.
3. Use of Information
The information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:
Preparing and filing your federal, state, and local tax returns.
Communicating with you regarding your tax preparation status.
Responding to inquiries or providing audit assistance (if applicable).
We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing or any unrelated purpose.
